You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. We accept returns and exchanges for most products, but there are exceptions (see section 5).
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to get the process rolling:

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without this—it helps us track your gear and avoid delays.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the authorization number on the package, and ship it to our address: 960 Sugarfoot Lane, Hagerstown, US 47346. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you to confirm the return or exchange. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item immediately; for returns, we’ll process your refund.
