Shipping Policy
We get it—you want your gear fast. At Halloween Mens Wear Store, we ship worldwide (except parts of Asia and a few remote areas) to bring our rebellion to your doorstep. Here’s how we roll:
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We don’t fuck around.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivers within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivers within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs. We’re not responsible for delays once the carrier has your package.
Returns & Exchanges
No bullshit, just fairness. If something doesn’t fit your rebellion, we’ve got your back. Our policy is straightforward, secure, and designed to keep you in control.
Eligibility & Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Most items are eligible, but there are exceptions (see below).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email Us: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use the template at the bottom of this page to speed things up.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Do not send anything back without this—it helps us track your gear and avoid delays.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the authorization number on the package, and ship it to:
960 Sugarfoot Lane, Hagerstown, US 47346. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong. - Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you to confirm. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item immediately; for returns, we’ll process your refund.
Refund Process
After we approve your return:
- Refund Time: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refund Method: Funds are returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). PayPal refunds may take an additional 2-3 days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchange Process
Want a different size or style? Exchanges are free if eligible. We’ll ship the new item via your original shipping method. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the balance.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our menu and product focus, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- T-shirts hardcore and T-shirts metal: These are limited-edition, graphic-heavy items often printed on demand to maintain their rebellious integrity. Due to their custom nature, we don’t accept returns for size or style changes unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
- Tops that are personalized or altered (e.g., custom prints or designs) are also non-returnable.
If you receive a defective item from these categories, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll replace it fast.
